Well, it’s been a long 3 years since I last visited the Hamptons due to you know what! I’m happy to return and fulfill a calling I’ve had for a while now–that people are in need of Healing more than ever, to fulfill and process of their destinies here on earth during these ecstatic and chaotic times.

Personal Healing with Mika and the Double Crystal Light Bed

Crystal Healing is a healing modality that works directly with the light, color, beauty and perfect geometric forms that the mineral kingdom provides to assist us in balancing all aspects of our being. It has the ability to balance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
My Crystal Healing practice is as follows:
▪ I welcome clients to come work on themselves, first and foremost, taking responsibility for why they are there and what outcome they would like from their healing. This really is about assisting one to empower themselves. When clients arrive, my first question is “Why have you come?”
â–Ş I want to discover what they are dealing with, so they can get a better understanding of why they are here and what they would like to work on.

- Chair treatment involves utilizing the Vogel Technique where the focus is releasing from the body’s electromagnetic field that which no longer serves them in terms of stored up or pent-up energies evolved from childhood or past-life experiences.
- I invoke the energies of the Higher Realms to assist, protect and create the best outcome for the healing (and this may be the most important part).
- We then start helping to create some dialogue so pent-up emotions can surface into the client’s consciousness.
- We then work through those emotions so that they can be released, through our famed Vogel Technique.
- After the release, I work more on the Energetic Body to create more balance, then finish with a Maintenance plan they can take with them to further work on.
- Then they are invited to lay under the world-famous Crystal Healing Light Bed for a period of time!
Let it be said that all illness starts on an emotional level. We are all Emotional Beings here to learn about ourselves and about LOVE. The most important thing in Healing sessions is to release repressed energy blockages stored at cellular levels and to open up chakras, or energy centers, in order to heal imbalances in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
I now use a double infused crystal bed invoking higher realms of Divine light to run up and down the Chakra line, creating balance in the auric energetic field!
